Dolphin Swim Team 2025-2026 Season
Monday, Wednesday & Friday October-March
5:15-7:30pm Ages 5-19
The Alleghany Highlands YMCA Dolphins Swim Team is a great way for youth to get involved in competitive swimming. Our team is centered on character development, competitive swimming and most of all, fun !
Must be a Y member for the duration of the 2025-2026 season.

2025-2026 Season
Dolphin Swim Team Season
Swimmers must have basic stroke knowledge and rhythmic breathing
Group A ( upcoming swimmers, swim M&F )
Group B (swims M,W& F )
Group C (swims M,W& F )
HS- swims in their perspective groups
Members must pay for program registration at time of registering & set up an automatic draft
If a swimmer is swimming on the AHS Cougar swim team then please select the AHS Cougar/Dolphin rate in the drop down options. ONLY for HS swimmers. All else are registered as regular AHYMCA Dolphin Swimmers
